AZUL started with a love for good olive oil and a desire to share what we grew up with in Algeria. The olives are picked at the right time, pressed carefully, and bottled to keep their natural taste.
We don’t add anything or mix it with other oils. What you get is the same pure flavor people in Algeria have enjoyed for generations, now brought to your kitchen.
